Returns and Shortages
All returns must be made within 30 days, unopened and in original packaging
All orders should be received by One Point no later than 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled requisition day. Orders are generally shipped within three business days of this date. If a rush order is required out of your normal cycle, place your order, enter 'RUSH' in the Notes field, and if applicable, notify your approver that there is a rush order waiting for their approval. When your order arrives, please check it against your packing slip. Advise One Point of any discrepancies immediately via email or fax. Please use the Return/Shortage Form above for reporting all shortages, returns, damages and wrong fills. If a custom item is on backorder, there is no need to re-order that item; it will automatically be shipped once we have new inventory. If you have any questions, please contact Marie.
